Our pickled olives are treated over 3-12 months in brine to remove the bitterness whilst keeping the firmness of the olive. They are then bottled with a final light brine solution. Suitable to eat straight from the jar after draining and are yummy when drizzled with our lemon or lime infused oils. Our pickled olives are all grown on our Mudgee groves.

The juice is made from unripe grapes. The grapes are picked before they ripen and treated as they are for wine, but they are not allowed to ferment so no alcohol is produced. This tart refreshing product is useful instead of vinegar in salad dressings, as a pan de-glazer after cooking chicken or fish, or served chilled with ice/ mineral water makes a wonderfully refreshing non alcoholic drink.
